The application dates on a R/E loan is dated by the applicant on 3/30 but dated by the co-applicant on 4/01. The disclosures are all applicable to the closing date of 3/30. The loan was not funded due to recission until 4/20. Is that a problem for recission or TIL?

How could you fund on 3/20, but not close until 3/30?
