Are there any different requirements for new construction he/helocs as far as advances go?

You probably already know this, but if the HELOC is secured by the borrower's principal dwelling, it would be necessary to give the right of rescission. On HELOCs it is only necessary to give the rescission before the first draw and not on every draw after that. That is the only issue I can think of right now.
