I am looking for a list of required bank policies to be approved by the Board?

Once upon a time BOL had such a list? I cannot find it! Please HELP!

The following is something I came across in the Infovault that might be what you were looking for. If you go to the Infovault and look under P for Policies there are a few postings that will provide similar information.

I have a question myself. Would anyone know if there is specific regulatory guidance on bank policy development? Not looking for a list of policies, but something that any of the agencies may have that actually gives information about how a policy should be structured. Thanks!

You could use the format that the agencies use for regulatory policy:

Purpose
Definitions
Applicability/exceptions
Rules (regulatory requirements plus your bank specific requirements here)
Penalties
