We are you looking into starting to advertise in Spanish. Is anyone aware of any state law that requires you to provide disclosures in Spanish if you start to do some adversiting in Spanish?

Take a look at Civil Code 1632. One would presume that if you advertise in a language, you would be willing and able to take an application and otherwise "negotiate" in that language.

All documents must be translated for about 6 languages (including Spanish) if you negotiate in that language.
