We have two local discount grocery stores (two different accounts) who belong to a company that is owned by a listed company. As we understand it, when we file the DEP form we put down the corporate address, not the local address. Orginally, we had one filled out for both stores (because we used to have local address on them). So now that we are amending them, do we just file one form - since have corporate address on them now?

Basically can we file one DEP form for two different stores owned by the same company (and thus have the same EIN)?

We had this occur for an entity that has a parent company then several different DBAs. I filed one DEP form with the address of the TIN and documented the file with the different DBA names and addresses. The examiners didn't have a problem with the way it was completed.
