Does anyone know of a good source for the various index rates (13 week T-bill, 26 Week T-bill, etc). I used to keep track of these on a weekly basis but we stopped our subscription to the Wall Street Journal a couple of years ago and I stopped tracking the rates.

i am doing an audit of Regulation Z and one of my steps is for variable rate loans. I not only want to verify that the correct index is being used, but that the rates on the system are correct.

I use the FRB H.15 release on the Federal Reserve Bank website. It lists many indexes. Federalreserve.gov/releases/h15 is the site.

I have also set up my own Excel spreadsheet that lists the date each time the rate changes, the new rate and how many days since the last time it changed. That way, if I have to go back and hand calculate a loan that has had many advances and payments it is easy to do so.
