We just had a computer enhancement installed and now CTR's are created with 2 section A's if it's on a corporation with a DBA. I'm aware of the Feb 2006 Admin ruling but that doesn't apply to DBA's under a corp, just sole props. Computer support says it's a new federal law. Anything new that I missed?

Well as long as you laughed out loud when they said it's a new federal law, you have not missed anything. You have it right. They have it wrong.

Go back and ask for a citation and start working your way to the person who misread the ruling you cited. It explicitly applies to sole proprietorships and it's ridiculous enough the way it is.
