Does anyone know where in Reg DD I can find where it is prohibited from stating an APY less than what is actually paid to a NOW account?

Anything outside of the tolerence of .05% would be technically a regulatory violation.

APY accuracy is in Reg DD at 12 CFR 230.3(f)(2)

"(2) Accuracy. The annual percentage yield (and the annual percentage yield earned) will be considered accurate if not more that one-twentieth of one percentage point (.05%) above or below the annual percentage yield (and the annual percentage yield earned) determined in accordance with the rules in appendix A of this part."

I thought there was something issued to that effect as well (maybe a few years after Reg DD was implemented).
