I have seen several threads on audit ratings. My question relates to compliance audits. Is everyone using the same audit ratings (Satisfactory, Needs Improvement, Unsatisfactory) in the compliance audits as as you use in operational audits? If you are using something different, could I ask you to share the different ratings? Thanks.

I use to use:

1) Good as Gold;
2) Get the checkbook out; and
3) Do you look good in stripes?

Actually, I use to use the same ratings. The key is deciding which violations and the frequency of violations that would move a rating from one category to the next.

This made my morning! Thanks for the chuckle. I think maybe we'll start to use this rating system too. Maybe it will catch someone's attention.
