Does anyone know if the dormancy period for 2007 is going to be 3 years or is it going back to 7 years. I looked on the KY state treasurer website, but they only had forms for 2006.

Did you check out Kentucky Revised Statute 393?

I know that the statute says 7 years, but the last couple of years the legislature has added a provision to the budget bill reducing the dormancy period to 3 years. I was just wondering if anyone knew if they had done this for 2007.

I think they only redo the budget bill every 2 years, so the 3 year from last year would still be the valid dormancy period. You may want to double check this as I am not positive about it.
