I'd be at the family cottage with my cousins, back when we were too young to know we didn't like each other, enjoying the seconds annual "Cousin Crash" completely unsupervised by our parents. We'd be swimming most of the day, go gocart racing later, visit Mystery Hill, go for a late-night swim and stay up half the night around a bonfire.

Yes, he was the first man who I ever loved, and who I believed loved me, he asked me to move to AZ with him and drop out of college, as he got a really good job offer. I didn't go, because my parents didn't want me to be with him (he was 26, I was 18) and I wanted to finish school.

We dated for 3 years, and it was a very tumultuous relationship, lots of passion (good and bad). He moved to AZ and the last time I saw him was about 25 years ago.

I ran into his brother about 10 years ago and asked about him, but I was still married to my ex.
