Does anyone have the "former appendix B" for the security program for 12 CFR 326? It is being referenced in some audit material and I am unable to locate it, makes me wonder why they reference it if it does not exist anymore? Has it been re-coded as another appendix? None of the current ones dealing with Reg H match that one......

Are you sure that they are not looking at Appendix B, 12 CFR 364(safeguarding customer information)? 326, as you stated, does not have an Addendix B.

They are probably referring to Appendix B from the Bank Protection Act, before it underwent a rewrite, which became effective 5/1/91. The old BPA had Appendix A, "Minimum Standards for Security Devices", and Appendix B, which was "Proper Employee Conduct During and After a Robbery". Both Appendix were removed from the revised BPA, which was condensed significantly in 1991. I would be happy to fax you Ap. B if you will give me your fax #.
