Does anyone have auditing procedures for when a new branch opens? I use Sheshunoff Internal Audit Manager and came up with nothing. I have the BIAM and found Branch procedures but nothing specific for a new location?? If anyone has a progam I would love a copy. Thanks in advance.

Are you referring to a completely new branch or one you are acquiring from someome another bank?
