I am a cat person, and love my cats. My husband loves to make them do crazy things. One day, he had cut out four holes in a (yes) a tube sock and stuffed my cat down in the sock with just his legs out. He (the cat)couldn't see anything, all the cat could do was run. He ran into everything in the room like a ball in a pin ball machine. But, thank goodness he didn't hurt himself. After it was all said and done, it was pretty funny.

I remember the same thing when my dad slaughtered our chickens. Eventually, we took our brood to Figy's to be processed, and they would come back in plastic bags ready for cooking or freezing. We didn't see what took place in the processing, though...

Is it true that if you cut a cats whiskers it will become unbalanced? It is true, when I was a kid, I "trimmed" my cat's (named Panda) whiskers, of course they came out uneven, and I kept "trimming" away until my mother found me. One side was completely "trimmed" and the cat was bumping into things all the time until he grew new ones... I feel bad about that now.

Reading through this reminded me of a cat story from about 8 years ago. My wife and I were cat-sitting for my sister-in-law. The cat was under the glass coffee table and tried to jump at me as I picked up my soda! Crash, right into the glass! God that was funny! hee hee - and they say cats are the smart ones...
