The question is whether it is a titled item or a fixture. If the double wide is a titled item, perfect by having your name listed on the title as the lien holder. If a fixture, use a UCC1 and file a fixture filing in the county real estate records where the double wide is located and a filing on fixtures with the Secretary of State.
If you're not certain which it is, do both because one of them will be correct and only the Judge knows.
