Does anyone know of a software program that will enable you to calculate the payment schedule, finance charge, and APR when there is PMI (private mortgage insurance) involved? I need a system that would allow the Marketing area to input the PMI rate(s) or tier(s) and loan amount, interest rate, prepaid finance charges, term, etc., and be supplied with all the information that would need to be included as disclosures in an advertisement.

Does your documentation software not have a "what if" calculation tool in it? That's what we use.

Our systems group is telling me that it does not have a tool that would calculate PMI in a "what if" mode. We have a meeting scheduled with the vendor tomorrow to discuss enhancement options, but I wanted to see if there were any standalone products that would provide us with another option. Thanks.
