Yea so I busted out the big guns, I tried hooking this person up with another old co-worker of mine and asked that they send pics well I opened the email and the first big was of that persons lower area, I opened this email at work I quickly hit the close button, I was shocked and couldn't think why someone would send something like that, so when our regional president came over and was talking to everyone individually to further the investigation I told him about the email he asked to see it, first he asked the person if they had sent me an email like that, they said that they sent the email but nothing diragatory(sp) so he had me pull up my yahoo email and show him, he was disgusted and reported it to HR well after that the next day this person put in their 2 weeks notice well this persons fate was in my hands b/c the reg. pres. came back to our branch yesterday asked me if it was tolerable to work with this person for another 2 weeks, I said fine, but regretted it soon after, turns out this person went back to HR said how bad they were being treated which is bull and they let them go yesterday with 2 weeks paid vacation and they are still eligible for rehire I mean really??????? Great, well we can't change that but at least they are gone, and there is no more drama

Just keep to yourself until they are gone about any of the B.S. That's the best you can do.

Here is this the original post I will delete these at the end of the day, I don't want others who sometimes get on here to start any [censored].( The other is someone who is really good friends with the "fired" co-worker)

This person is gay, and they are saying that people at our branch started treating them differently when we found out they were gay,so untrue, this person made it well known that they were gay, but they did something to put their job in jeopardy so they are trying to bust out with anything they can. This person is lazy, always breaking rules, always late, always insubordinate, pretty much comes to work and socializes, doesn't offer to help. Ex: we receive drafts here at our branch and it was new for all of us aand there wasn't a log or actual procedures so myself and another co-worker went to our boss and asked if we could make a log and typed procedures, just in case we weren't there to process the drafts. Never once said he what can I do, or what are you guys doing, can you show me how to do a draft, instead they texted on their phone

I would still stay on the DL on the whole issue unless someone above you asks you something. Just to be the bigger person and let the drama die down...

I get asked stupid questions like this all the time and it drives me nuts. "What am I supposed to do?" How about earning your insane salary and getting something done? LOL

You know who's grinding my gears today people... our maintenance man. Please don't talk to me while I'm on my morning vacation retreat in the bathroom. It's just common public bathroom etiquette. Given it's unspoken, but still... come on!!
