Our tellers do not want to say anything to the customer about what they are doing when they have to do a CTR, they're freaked that they might say the wrong thing. I thought that I had found a little card that goes in all the teller windows just for that purpose, it has a phrase that the teller can actually read word for word. Does anyone know where to find something like this, it would really help our tellers out. Thanks

Hand questioners a copy of Facts You Should Know About Currency Transaction Reporting, originally authored by the American Bankers Association. If they have more questions refer them to a supervisor who will tactfully end the conversation.
In this world you must be oh so smart or oh so pleasant. Well, for years I was smart. I recommend pleasant.
