According to state law a minor is someone under the age of 18. We got a loan application from a 16 yr old as applicant and 15 yr old as co applicant. WE cannot do the loan because they cannot legally enter into a binding contract. Would we just send out an adverse action notice and check the "other" box and type in minor?
