Has anyone ever escrowed insurance and taxes for commercial loans? I've been in consumer and commercial/ag loans, never mortgage, so I've not really been exposed to escrow. I'm wondering if this is something that is being done, or a service-type offer for comm'l customers. Any thoughts and/or comments would be appreciated.

For our bank, it's not the norm to escrow on commercial loans. However, we do have some customers that have requested this and we will accomodate them when possible.
