Does anyone have a form I could tweek for purposes of presenting a commercial loan to a loan committee for approval? I had one but i seemed to misplace it on my "neat" desk. Now I am looking for something to start with. Any help is appreciated.

I guess I should explain. I have old ones presented, however the new one I found somewhere is the one I would like to revamp and see if it comes closer to what examiners are looking at.
