Have a Banker that told a customer that he was approved for a credit card, told the customer that they would recieve the card in the mail. Also, the banker repeatedly told the customer that they were approved when the customer call to say that he had not recieved the card. The customer then received an adverse action notice. What Regs if any did the banker violate?

What recourse does the customer have?? They were told repeatedly that they had been approved.

The bank is guilty of bad employee training and poor customer service.

I don't think there is any recourse for the customer, other than to write a complaint letter to the bank's primary federal regulator.
