Has anyone received their's? It is not available for download on the FFIEC website yet that I can see (only 2005 is out there). I seem to remember getting it earlier then this in prior years....

anyone?

From the FAQs on the FFIEC Web site:

When is the final disclosure report available?

HMDA data for a specific year are released in September of the year following the calendar year of the data. Disclosure reports are available at http://www.ffiec.gov/hmda/online_rpts.htm.

Thanks Dan. Someone in Lending just asked me the same question. Since I think in the "old days" they used to come out at the end of July, some people think they are late.
