I know there was a thread awhile back about the inability to contact OFAC directly. I was wondering if people are still having problems? Over the last year or so, I have been calling on two possible matches we have to the SDN list that are loan only customers and I have YET to receive a call back. I have probably called 15-20 times.

It is really starting to tick me off!!! If this list is so darn important why aren't they calling back!??!?!
