We recently went to a centralized process for the application phase and it is not working well.

There are specific documents that are required to be done at application and specific ones to be done within three days -- we are struggling with timing and how to get this accomplished in the best manner.

Can some of you who are currently in centralized processing - give me some ideas on how you achieve this....

For those disclosures needed to be given at the time of application, place the disclosures in a folder along with the application. The employee working with the applicant is responsible for getting acknowledgement signatures on the documents and for giving the extra copy to the applicant.

All other disclosures can be mailed to the applicant by your centralized processing unit.
