i can't go into much detail, mainly because i don't know any, but my mom is in the hospital and i would love to have some prayers sent this way please. what i do know is that her blood count is really low, she has had 2 transfusions (so far) and they are bandying about the C word. (no, not the swear one, the other one). hopefully we will know more by the end of the day.

Small update - they drew some bone marrow to do tests on that. Hopefully we will hear some prelim results today. She is coming home from the hospital today too.

she's not coming home yet. took a turn for the worse. not sure of any details. my sister is with her and hasn't called anyone yet.

thank you for asking, rizzo. i'm actually on the phone with mom now.

she's home, she's tired, she's weak, she still has to go to the hemotologist (blood doctor) on friday but she sounds good. she fired 2 doctors

so things are looking up! hooray!!

Whoo HOO!!! Good news!!!

Mag that's great. I'm sure she feels better being home!! And good for her for firing 2 doctors, just cause they still owe a lot to some medical school doesn't mean they are really any good and if we don't watch out for our selves - - - well anyway, good for her!!!

Any further news, Mag? I'm still thinking/praying for your mother.
