Can anyone out there suggest a good Customer Relationship Management software for medium sized banks? I'm looking for something that is user friendly and reasonably priced. I'm open to any suggestions.

Not sure about which CRM tool would be most effective but we are developing a tool that can provide the bank sales and rentention leads within 24 hours of a customer event with conversion response rates of 18% and higher. This tool will be avaialbe as a web based solution, requiring only a computer and internet access. Let me know if you would like more information.

Try a Marquis product called ReferralTrax. I believe it is still under development. If it is, Beta banks almost always get some sort of discount on the finished product.
