What is the retention requirement on things such as when a customer e-mails a withdrawal request or service question, or even calls in to request a withdrawal (phone recording record)? Just trying to get some guidance. Thank you.

I would treat e-mail communications just as I would treat paper correspondence and follow whatever your state statutes might be.
