Is anyone here excited about Team Fortress 2/Fortress Forever?? I wasted so many hours playing TFC online a few years back. Then it kind of died when Half Life 2 came out and it took this long for them to finally come out with TF2. So I was prety much stuck playing CounterStrike, which isn't bad at all... But this new TF2 looks amazing! My computer sucks though.... May have to try and upgrade it..

For those of you with young children and grandchildren, have you seen the Webkinz? They are stuffed animals that come with a secret code that gets you into Webkinz World where your animal becomes a virtual animal. You buy it rooms and decorate them with your Webkinz cash that you earn by playing video games. My grandson loves it and he is pretty good at the games even though he is just 5 years old. Granted they are not real complicated but they are modeled after some of the video games that are out there.

And I have to admit that my daughter-in-law is addicted. Her kids have 6 animals and they are only 2 1/2 and 1 so you know who is playing the games. And my husband got one as a gag gift and I have been known to play the games also.

We have three out of our 5 boys at home right now, one has 9 another has 8 and the 3rd has six. Thanks goodness for my home network so we don't have fighting over the computer. My 2 that are in England have 6 each. I love the site because it is a safe place to go on the internet for them and that is hard to find.

It is a great and safe place for them. They are limited to what they can say and do. I had a clerk at one of our local stores tell me that the origianl Webkinz are selling for thousands of dollars on the Internet. What are their favorite games? I am hooked on Goober's Lab. LOL.
