I confess: My hubby and I participated in a fund raising walk for the support house I went to during my cancer treatment and it was a wonderful event. I confess: That same event also made me feel sad since so many others had family (kids, grandkids etc) with them and it was just my hubby & I walking together. Wasn't important enough for my son to walk with us I confess: My 7 month old puppy Babs walked the entire 5K - - then slept most of the day  She was such a good girl at her first 'big event'

I know your son wasn't there to walk with you, but there were plenty of people walking with you in spirit. There isn't a person in this country who hasn't been touched by someone with cancer. You are always held up and treasurered as a survivor in the eyes of us who lost a loved one to cancer.

I confess: I don't believe that this thread should have rules.
I confess: I am worried that I am not putting in enough time training my dog for obedience class.
I confess: All of this work is really starting to get to me, and I need to figure out how to manage it better.

I couldn't care less about the rules. I'll answer any post I like. If that's a problem you can run to the mods and see if they want to come in and throw people out for not following a set of silly rules.

I confess: some people like to post here just to say what they need to say and not have anyone comment; like venting, nor do they want someone to comment, I believed that that was more inline with the original intention of this thread, however, what do I know... I am just trying to help, but its ok, let anarchy reign...

Congratulations, SB! I hadn't ready that you had proposed and she accepted. Sometimes when I'm gone for a few days I just 'mark all read'. I think fall weddings are beautiful.

I confess, after 33 years, I still miss my Mom and Dad.
I also confess, if they hadn't died, I would never have had the opportunity to get a job that involved traveling all over the country, and if I hadn't, I would never have met my husband of soon to be 28 years.

I confess: I have been thinking about my mom and dad more as we wait for our first grandchild to be born. My mom and dad would have loved my daughter-in-law and would be so excited about this baby too.
I confess: I DON"T WANT TO BE HERE AT WORK TODAY!!!!!!

I confess: I am skipping out early to get my hair done because we are having an ice storm tomorrow and I changed my appointment to today.
I confess: I can't get off my rear and do the baking and decorating I need to do. I need my BOL Queens to come help me.
