Our Bank recently merged three independent institutions and now is struggling to get written procedures in place. Does anyone have a source for good procedure templates, or can refer a consultant who helped identify and create needed procedures? Would love a good reference. Thanks.

InfoMapping is a standard toolset for writing procedures, but it requires subject matter experts to supply the content.
