I confess: Sometimes I just want to yell leave me alone... and hide out for a day or two.

I confess: I feel totally overwhelmed by what I have to do over the next few weeks, but I am determined to get it done.
I confess: I just heard from a long lost friend who I have missed dearly over the past few years.
I confess: That phone call really made my day.

I confess: I have not been getting enough protein in every day since my gastric bypass surgery 5 months ago. I don't want my family to know, but now I am starting to lost some hair!!!! Not horribly, not looking thin, but my hand was covered in it in the shower today! I am so ashamed I haven't been more disciplined. But the stuff is so yucky to drink, no matter what kind I buy. I have lost 95 lbs. in less than 5 months, though!!

I confess: I can't wait for dec 22nd
I confess: It will be very exhausting, but well worth it, I won't have to go back to work until December 26th ahhh the joys of vaca
