I've looked through the Q & A's and can't seem to find an answer to this question.

When testing a 5/1 ARM, what comparable Treasury index should I utilize? I want to say the 5 Year term, but others have told me that they utilize the 1 Year term.

Any help would be appreciated

FINALLY ABOVE the gnat line
I also answered in the general forum - its the same measure as HOEPA - the treasury rate term = the maturity of the note.
