How do we handle loans and floorplans with mobile home companies. We have a floorplan for a mobile home company that buys and sells mobile homes. We also have two individuals who buy, fix up, and resell mobile homes. What is the suggestion or what is the rule?

WE SOMETIMES HAVE A BLANKET LIEN ON ALL MOBILE HOMES AND SOMETIME WE JUST TAKE THEM SEPERATELY AS COLLATERAL.

I don't think this would be reportable. The mobile homes would be considered inventory.

I would report these as purchases.
