As far as Meyers Briggs, there is no need for anyone to consider taking those personality tests. Simply love yourself and others will love you, be yourself and those who understand will support you.

I simply expressed wonder about posters. That's actually not a bad thing, but just making the statement appears to have hit a nerve. The truth will set you free.

By the way, I'm in senior management and have achieved all the goals that were set by me a long time ago - personally and professionally. All of that without Meyers Briggs!
