Crazy, it seems like a lot of abuse has been uncovered here in TX, but you also have to remember TX is a BIG state, so there are goin to be more incidents reported. Don't quote me, I'm assuming, I don't have the stat's to prove that.

Stories like this make me glad I was raised by loving parents.

I can't understand how people can do this to their children. I guess there is no way for a "normal" person to understand. when I think of the love and care my grnadchildren get I just can't believe something like this.

It just makes me sick.

Trust me, you can find a story like this in about any state. It is so sick and sad. Why do people even bother to have kids that they can't and won't take care of.

apparently it was a foster home, I think they need to crack down on foster parents. I thought they were really thorough when deciding if people can sponsor foster children. Anyone know the criteria?

I agree with Nunzeo, while I am sure that there are some excellent foster homes, I think there are just as many that should not be permitted.
