We offer a mortgage loan program that requires PMI coverage. We forward the loan package to the third-party vendor who underwrites accordng to their guidelines. If the application is denied, the PMI company does not send an AAN. Should we send the AAN with the reasons the PMI company declined it for or for unable to obtain PMI coverage?

Thanks

You need to check your contract with the PMI company. Their contract generally states who is to send the denial letter.
