For clients of a bank affiliate applying for credit from the bank, would accessing investment statements online come under transactions & experience information allowed to be shared whether or not the client opted out at the affiliate? What do you think?

I believe it would. There should not be anything on the statement beyond that which the affiliate obtained as a result of the investment account relationship.
