Current temp is 31 (feels like 19 with the windchill). Expected high is 32. Hope this kills the box elder bugs crawling on my house!

This time of year the ladybugs come out in force. I hate those darn things.

I hate them...

They are doing contruction on my road and to put in curb and gutter and a sidewalk they took down a 35 foot silver maple tree that was in my front yard (in September). I never had a problem with the bugs before then.

Yesterday was soooooo windy, any leaves left on the trees came off. Luckily they are now out of the yard. MOML is winterizing the lawn mower/leaf vacuum today and putting it to bed til spring.

We had a few flurries in the air yesterday, but today is all sunshine. And 40 degrees. Brr!

I hate those things too! They are AWFUL. We get an infestation annually. They will cover the south sides of houses, nasty. We call them Halloween bugs because of the coloring and because that's around the time they seem to increase in number.
