Well I'm just the bell of the ball around here. Although this is truly an HR issue it got passed to me. I just posted the no-smoking signs and handed out the memo. The really bad thing is a couple of the directors smoke at every board meeting. The CEO is also a smoker. Won't my name be mud right at bonus time!!
