The NACHA rule book.

The audit needs to be completed by December 1 of each year.

Call NACHA and request the rule book. You have to pay for it but it is very easy to follow and is in a question and answer type format so if you get it right away you could get it done on time.

Get the ACH Audit Workbook. Your local payment system probalby has one. If not, I got mine from Mid-America Payment Exchange.
