I read in prior forums that Illinois regulations do not require the bank to notify customers if we reduce hours a branch is open? However, for customer service purposes, it was recommended that we give some notice. This could be in the form of a notice a the branch. Is this still the case?

A quick scan of the interpretive letters, administrative code and and the compiled statutes does not appear that a notice is required by the State.
