Do any of you all out there employ a third-party vendor for an employee/whistleblower/fraud hotline? If so, who do you use? Cost?

We use Global Compliance. Price is based on # employees and locations (e.g. international). One place I worked had under 200 employees and no international all locations in 45 mile radius. Cost was $1500 per year. Another had over 1200 employee, national presence, and about 6 locations internationsl (low # of employees in those offices). Cost wss $2800. Very cost effective.

We use Silent Whistle by Allegiance ( http://www.allegiance.com ).

It looks great and it has thankfully not yet been put to the test. Customer service has been helpful in convincing auditors that the program is good.

We are just now implementing Silent Whistle by Allegiance. I am very impressed by the support that is provided and looking forward to actually getting it introduced to the staff. We are announcing a January 1 kickoff. The priced was very affordable. In fact, I had to ask several times what is the catch.
