Nice story of a Bank with Heart in N.D.
They are giving every fulltime employee $1,000 and every part-timer $500. With the condition that it must be spent on someone who needs it.

what if I'm the one who needs it and I work at the bank? That would kill me! And im not talking about "needing it" for shopping or buying gifts. Im talking about really needing it.

I can only speak for my bank, but if we knew of the need amoung our family (employees) it would be taken care of. Where I work the Pres & CEO have been know to anonymously take care of (out of their pockets) needs of employees - single moms / special medical / etc.
Given this story, I assume the same would apply at this bank in N.D.
