I have a non-customer who cashes checks drawn on us for her brother who is incarcerated (sp?)She has a POA and comes in every quarter to cash a check for him.
Well, we have never met him, but we just received 5 vases of flowers for our teller line from him to say Thank you for always taking care of him and his sister.
I was shocked and amazed and it totally made my week!!!
