Does anybody watch this? I'd go crazy! I don't see how they manage everything. It's great to see their little personalities beginning to ready show.

My wife is hooked, I think it it pretty interesting these families on TLC and other cable networks make a great living just allowing a camera to show ordinary daily life, another one that comes to mind is the little people in Oregon

where do you apply for such an opportunity? we could film what goes on in the cooler every day, they could put the camera right over my screen, I wouldn't mind

I have watched this show a few times and it's cute. I don't blame them for having a show, I would imagine that raising 8 kids is very expensive.

I love Little People Big World and have watched it from the beginning. Matt is such a dreamer and it's great that Amy let's him really go for it.

My kids and I love Jon & Kate - we record it on the DVR and watch it together. I do not know how the parents have managed to avoid insanity thus far. The little kids are so cute now that they are growing up. Can you imagine the teenage years?

My daughter has quads, 5 months old now, and while that's not 8 of 'em, I still am amazed that Suz and Joe haven't freaked out yet. It has just become normal to attend to that many babies at once, they have no idea of what it's like to only have 1 at a time.

I am going to quote you WacoKid---to my daughter who is expecting identical twin boys the end of Feb. They are her first and I keep telling her that it will be fine since she has no previous experience with just one at a time!
I have enjoyed hearing about the Quads and rejoiced with everyone else that all has turned out well.

I can't stand the show Jon & Kate Plus 8. I love the little kids, and am amazed at how well they are handling it all, but I CANNOT STAND KATE! She is so belittling and condescending towards Jon. It makes me cringe whenever she talks to him. I just can't watch it anymore because I don't want my son growing up thinking it's OK to treat someone like that.

The kids are cute thought... last night one of the little boys wanted to ride in the wagon, and Kate tells him soemthing like "ask your sister to share the ride with you when she is done." The boy looks at Kate, then his sister and belts out to his sister "OUT!".

That made me laugh

I agree that Kate is totally rude to her husband at times but come on, if any of us had given birth to eight children on two tries, we would be a little on the crazy side too! She cooks, she cleans, the kids always look immaculate, and she's rude sometimes. But he handles her pretty well.

Yes, Kate can be rude, but then again so is Jon at times. I imagine I would be too if I had eight kids and I was home with six of them all day long!

Anyone heard the rumors about Jon and Kate possibly splitting up? The season finale next week is supposed to shed some light on this.

I read one of those rag covers while in line at the supermarket and supposedly he had a wild night with some coeds.

People has an article on it this week. He was helping his Mom out because she had surgery or something and so he was back 'home'. He went out to the bars with friends and some of the co-eds wanted their picture taken with him...fact??? But who would blame him for going out and having a night on the town with his friends. That doesn't mean he is cheating on his wife.

I think it will turn out to be nothing. TLC is just dangling the whole "it's all been building up to this" thing for ratings. Wouldn't surprise me a bit if they take a totally different direction with what has been building, and don't mention anything related to this "scandal" at all.

I used to watch this show every week but have stopped watching. To me, Kate is obviously not happy and has turned into a shrew and Jon is kind of a dufus. They just need to have a normal life without the cameras.

I do still watch the show, but I agree, Sarah, I don't think Kate seems happy. If I had that fabulous new house (along with a bunch of new furniture), all that land, etc. that they now have, I think I would at least try to give the appearance of being more happy than she does. I have noticed that in the interviews on the couch lately, they do not touch at all. There also isn't as much "banter" between them as there used to be.

I do think it may be time for them to resume some sort of "normal" life--but wow, they have a lot of financial obligations and from what I gather, the show as well as all their personal appearances are what supports them now.
