We are currently examining our EFT Agreement to determine if we would be better off separating it into separate agreements for each type of electronic service offered (i.e., debit card agreement, ATM card agreement, online account access agreement, etc). What are others doing? --We're considering this because there are so many areas with respect to debit card holds that should be disclosed in the debit card agreement section, and so many particular features of online banking and bill payment that the document is currently 7 pages. Does anyone else out there have separate agreements for each service or are they combined? If anyone wants to share some samples, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

Check with a forms vendor (for example, Bankers Systems). Many have combined disclosures that work well.
