Is it ok to adverstise our ORE properties for sale on our website? We only have the property address and have a link to a pdf document with the description of the property. The description tells the viewer with whom it is listed.
There is no information on asking rate or anything else.
Please advise.
Thanks.

Shouldn't be a problem.

I'm wondering if this is starting to be a trend. I've also seen it on some other bank websites and now one of our banks wants to do the same. It would appear to be the same as placing an ad in a newspaper and I'm not seeing any immediate concerns about doing this. One person in our area thought it might open the door for banks to start linking to brokers, etc. which may have some issues and didn't think we should do this. Could there be any other negatives to putting the ORE on the website?
