I recently became a CCBIA, and our bank has not had a audit dept. before, so I am starting from scratch. I am looking for a proof audit. We don't run proof any more. We scan all transactions and then send an image file. This a relatively new process and I haven't been able to find an ICQ or any audit procedures for this. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks
