In the final Affiliate Marketing rules it is said that the eligibility info does not include aggregate or blind data that does not contain personal identifiers. Ok. So then, it DOES include aggregate or blind date that includes personal identifiers. If it has personal identifiers how can it be blind data and what exactly is aggregate data?

Aggregated data is where you compile data, usually to focus on a particular thing. For example, you might compile data on your customers that reveals whether or not a particular income group uses LOC or credit cards. Your focus is on the group, not individuals.
